WOJB is owned and operated by the Lac Courte Oreilles Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians. It is the purpose of Lac Courte Oreilles Ojibwa Public Broadcasting to participate in, report on, and reflect upon all aspects of life in northwestern Wisconsin. In doing so, we will present program services which are educational in the best and broadest sense of the word.
Our mission is to help restore troubled individuals in our community so they may become an asset rather than a threat, based on the teachings of the gospel. Our mission includes lending support and counseling to individuals who are facing: Abuse, Loneliness, Addiction, Fear, Depression, Hopelessness, Reentry into the community.
