Formerly Hayward Kettlebell, CrossCut CrossFit is the northwoods' only affiliate of CrossFit, an internationally renowned training system that is redefining fitness.
CrossFit training prepares you for the demands of life. We specialize in not specializing: instead, we strengthen the basic human movements of squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling, balancing, throwing and picking stuff up.
Workouts are typically short (20 minutes or less) and intense. They are scalable to each individual's current level of fitness, so everyone may successfully master each workout.
We're strict on form, movement and safety, and our results confirm that CrossFit training works for anyone committed to improving their fitness.
We want our workouts to be challenging and fun, and more importantly, to produce results. After four years of ever-evolving workouts, we're stronger, leaner and healthier than we've ever been in our lives and so are our club members.
