Indianhead Community Action Agency (ICAA) is one of 16 community action agencies in Wisconsin. The Agency was founded in 1966 and is a recognized leader for ending poverty and creating sustainable communities through self-sufficiency in Wisconsin’s rural areas.
ICAA offers programs that assist individuals and families in need of a variety of services including early childhood education, family development and financial support, and nutrition services, as well as legal support for domestic violence survivors and business development for low-to-moderate income individuals. Most programs are offered across our six-county region, providing for the communities of Burnett, Clark, Rusk, Sawyer, Taylor, and Washburn.
