Event Description:
The 11thAnnual Woolly Mammoth Classic Hulda Hilfiker Memorial Run/Walk will be held in conjunction with the Brill Harvest Festival, on Saturday, September 8. The event on the Ice Age Trail Segment of the Tuscobia Trail will include running, walking and Nordic Walking for all ages. OUT THERE Nordic Sports Shop and the Superior Lobe Chapter of the Ice Age Trail Alliance sponsor the event.
The 1-mile youth run starting at 8:30 a.m. with age classes for 8 and under and 9 to 12.
The 5k Wisconsin State Nordic Walking Championship will start at 9:00 a.m.
The 5k run/walk starts at 9:05 a.m.
A “Walk to the Rock” at Tuscobia Creek for walkers, runners and strollers is scheduled for 10:30 a.m.
