in YogaFit Training, Day-Star Method, and from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, has combined the benefits of Yoga with the techniques of Pilates to provide you with an overall better attitude and feeling of every day life!
 
Power Yoga focuses on healing, flexibility and strength of joints while coordinating breath and movement.  Pilates emphasis
