Little Hurricane Basketball Skills Squad has become one of the most popular clinics offered by community education. Mrs. Lee and Mrs. Woelber, along with several other volunteers, develop a wonderful and entertaining basketball routine that is enjoyed by the students and parents alike.
The first and second grade students have so much fun learning the routines; they don’t even realize the useful basketball skills they are learning like, ball handling, dribbling, and passing. After the students have mastered the fun basketball routine, they will perform it at a Boys and Girls Varsity Basketball game.
This fun activity is open to every 1st & 2nd grader, boy or girl. Please note; students are expected to attend the both varsity basketball games to perform. There is no charge for the students to get in. Get your child involved in the “Play like a Cane” fever while supporting the Varsity Basketball Teams!
