Event Description:
Investigate several different outcrops dating as far back as 1.7 billion years ago up to the relatively recent ice age. We’ll look at the story that the rocks can tell us at each site. Good shoes are recommended. Meet at the Big Fish (Fishing Hall of Fame) in Hayward at 9:00 a.m. Return by 3:00 p.m. Register by October 18 by calling the Cable Natural History Museum at 715-798-3890. Cost is $15 member/$20 non-member.
