Name: Sunrise Paddle (Adult Naturalist Program)

Event Description:
Begin your morning with a sunrise yoga session on the banks of the Namekagon River at the Cable Wayside Landing at 6:00 a.m. Then gently glide your kayak down an enchanting 7-mile stretch of river, accompanied by National Park Rangers and Cable Natural History Museum Naturalist, Emily Stone. Finally, end the paddle at Mooselips in Seeley for a morning cup of coffee. Equipment is provided, and some prior paddling experience is required. This program is co-sponsored by the St. Croix River Association. Space is limited to 8 participants. To register, contact the River Association at (715) 483-3300 or www.stcroixriverassociation.org.
