Event Description
The Fitness Center offers individuals a top-notch work-out with the use of the school’s weight room and fitness center equipment. There are elliptic machines, weights; full and hand, treadmills, and more.
This is a great opportunity for community members to enjoy a complete workout, with or without assistance. Well qualified fitness supervisors will be on hand if an individual needs or would like help setting up a workout routine or learning to use a machine.
Don’t pay those huge fees other fitness centers charge, just to get in the door!
Find the day’s and times that work best for you and take advantage of this no pressure, easy-to-use fitness center. There is not a better way to feel great and get in shape, than to
exercise. Make yourself a priority this year!!
